CNC Work

In the CNC mechanical processing process, profiles are shaped precisely.

In 4 axis, 5 axis CNC processing machines, processes such as dimensioned cutting, drilling, special angle cutting can be easily done for our customers.

TKY Aluminium has a very experienced team, especially in CNC processing of aluminium profiles.

Punch Process

Punching mechanical process, its features are used in floor profiles and tile trim profiles. We have the capacity to produce different shapes, square holes, triangle holes, round holes and special bespoke design holes.

These mechanical processes can be used not only for punching processes, but also for embossing flat sheet materials and giving elevation in various sizes.

Bending

Our Bending capabilities systems includes 2- and 3-party bending machines. We can perform bending operations with the desired measurement. Alternative bending machines provide us with more advanced control.

At the same time, we can provide reshaping fabrication operations for pipe type profiles. Pipe bending processes help to increase our production capacity.

Another bending process among the possibilities we offer is Spinning Mold, sheet metal forming tool, press and pull on metal. With the punches placed in accordance with the moulds, the selected product is pressed in different strengths and tonnages. After this application, pressing and pulling is done on the metal.
