The process of removing aluminium by shaping it from a certain mould is called aluminium extrusion. In other words, aluminium extrusion
is the forcing of aluminium alloy material from a mould according to certain measurements.
One of the most important points here is that the newly formed aluminium material has exactly the desired dimensions. In addition,
surface quality is important to obtain quality results in the anodizing and powder coating processes that will be done later.
An Aluminium Extrusion Die is a solid or hollow metal that we customize according to your requirements.
Its main uses include stamping or cutting aluminium extrusion shapes, embossing, drawing wires, pressing, and more.
Additionally, we use an optical measuring device that provides quality control application
in aluminium extrusion lines. It also detects errors which can be occurred in the production
process with combination of hardware and software. This solution eliminates the risk
and provides the advantage of in terms of increasing the quality.
The aluminium element becomes a more durable and hard material over time. It takes a long time
to wait for the product to harden in natural processes. Therefore, artificial aging furnaces
are used to shorten the period. In artificial aging furnaces, the produced materials
are subjected to baking for a certain period, that is, heat treatment.
Thus, the products harden as if they had waited in nature for many years and their strength increases.
T5 and T6 are the most commonly used legalization degrees. Depending on the purpose of use,
our customers are supported by aging processes during the product production
process, as well as technical measurements and reporting.
